DashVox for Teams
Your engineering team, coding and on call from anywhere
DashVox gives software teams voice-first access to Claude Code and Codex on managed cloud machines. Triage incidents, run tests, and keep shipping by voice from your phone, watch, or car, before anyone reaches a keyboard. Seats, budgets, and controls your org administers, on one subscription and one bill. Built for SaaS teams, from lean startups to larger orgs.
Incident response
Catch incidents before they escalate
When your services go down, how far is your first responder from a keyboard? They might be driving, out on a hike, mid-workout, or anywhere a laptop is not. With DashVox, whoever is on call connects to your machines over SSH and starts triaging the moment the page comes in: fully hands-free by voice from a phone or watch, or from the car with a native CarPlay app. Tail the logs, run a health check, restart a service, or kick off a test with a spoken command. The response starts when the incident does, not after someone gets back to a computer.
Triage from wherever you are
Get paged away from your desk, pull up the machine by voice, and see what is happening before it grows into an outage.
Run checks over SSH
Tail logs, run health checks, and restart services by voice from your phone, watch, or car. No laptop required.
Shrink time to first action
The sooner someone can look, the smaller the blast radius. DashVox removes the wait to reach a keyboard.
How teams work
A faster way to work
Coding is shifting toward quick commands and review. Tell an agent what to run, dictate the logic you want, and let it draft changes for later review. The keyboard becomes one option, not the only one.
Run tests and tasks by voice
Kick off a test suite, a build, or a routine task with a spoken command, then hear the result read back.
Dictate, then review
Describe the change you want and let the agent draft it. You review the diff when you are back at a screen.
Progress while you live your life
Make breakfast while a task runs. Step off the treadmill for a moment to confirm things are healthy. Small check-ins keep work moving without pinning anyone to a desk.
Managed machines per seat
Every engineer gets an isolated cloud dev machine with coding agents pre-configured. No setup, no keys to manage, provisioned when they first connect.
Org-level billing and budgets
One per-seat subscription and a pooled usage budget. Set org and per-seat spend caps, and see exactly what consumed the budget, by model, by machine, and by engineer.
Admin controls
Assign and revoke seats, choose which agents your org allows, and manage access from an admin dashboard. Offboarding an engineer is one click.

Built for how enterprises buy
Security
DashVox Cloud runs each engineer's environment in an isolated VM with per-device SSH keys generated in hardware and never leaving the device. LLM provider keys are held server-side and never exposed to user environments. Usage is metered against an immutable ledger.
Operating in a regulated environment with strict data boundaries? We are taking a limited number of design partners for self-hosted deployment. Mention it in your message.
FAQ
Questions from teams
Who is DashVox for Teams built for?
Software teams that ship and support their own code, from lean SaaS startups to larger engineering orgs. If your team updates code over time or handles customer troubleshooting, DashVox lets them work and respond to incidents by voice from anywhere.
Can my team respond to incidents by voice?
Yes. Whoever is on call can connect to your machines over SSH and triage by voice from a phone or watch: check logs, run diagnostics, restart services, and run tests before reaching a laptop.
How do seats and billing work for a team?
One per-seat subscription and a pooled usage budget, with org and per-seat spend caps and usage visible by model, by machine, and by engineer. One bill, one dashboard.
Does DashVox Enterprise support SSO?
Yes, SSO with your identity provider over SAML or OIDC, with invoice billing available.
Can we use our own VMs or AI models?
The default is a managed cloud VM per seat with coding agents pre-configured, so your engineers have nothing to provision. Enterprise deployments are flexible, though: if your team would rather bring its own VMs or run its own models, we shape the setup around your needs as part of the sales conversation.
