DashVox SMS Assistant
Paid DashVox Cloud subscribers can text their own AI assistant on a DashVox-provided phone number (+1 628 327 4281). Messages are conversational and account-related: you ask your assistant something by text and it replies. DashVox does not send marketing or promotional text messages, and you only receive messages after you opt in inside the app.
How to opt in
Opt in from inside the app
Subscribe to DashVox Cloud
The SMS Assistant is available only on a paid DashVox Cloud subscription.
Open Settings, then SMS Assistant
In the DashVox app, go to Settings and select SMS Assistant.
Enter your mobile number
Enter the mobile number you want to text from. We send a 6-digit verification code to that number by text.
Verify with the 6-digit code
Enter the code in the app to confirm the number is yours.
Turn on the Enable toggle
Turning on the Enable toggle is your express consent to receive conversational and account-related text messages from the DashVox SMS Assistant at that number. You can turn it off, or reply STOP, at any time.

Who this applies to
The DashVox SMS Assistant is available only to paid DashVox Cloud subscribers who enable it in the app, and runs on the DashVox-provided number +1 628 327 4281. Self-hosted and bring-your-own-Twilio users operate their own phone number and their own consent flow; their text messages do not go through the DashVox number or this service.
